		<description>We put a spoon in an unfinished bottle of champagne on New Year&#039;s Eve.  I took it out tonight to dispose of the bottle.  I thought to check to see how it tasted and if there was any bubble left to it.  It was not only very bubbly but tasted great.  It&#039;s been 16 days!</description>

I have actually had a bottle in the fridge for 5 DAYS!!!! with a spoon and still it was &#039;well&#039; drinkable..........!!! but longer than that i haven&#039;t tried!
thoughts on that please...........</description>
